ordering & payment:

shipping/handling costs are calculated on item weight and size and are based on standard ground rates for orders shipped to the continental (48) united states. orders shipped outside of the continental (48) united states are based on "express" shipping rates. we request that all orders be paid by the online banking service “paypal” or directly via mastercard/visa.  note: we do not accept c.o.d., personal checks or money orders as payment.

shipping:

standard shipping for orders to the continental (48) united states will usually be via dhl or ups ground. if requested, orders may be upgraded to second day or next day shipping at additional cost. international orders (including canada & mexico) and orders being shipped to hawaii & alaska will be via dhl international.


import duties (foreign shipments):

most countries around the world have the option of charging import duties (taxes) on items purchased outside the country. you (as the purchaser) are responsible for any duties that may be charged. since the amount charged varies in every country, it is your (the purchaser) responsibility to check with the local tax office before ordering to ensure there are no "surprises" when the package arrives. please also note that we can not mark a package as "gift" or "warranty return" unless it truly is a gift or a warranty return.


returns:

we at evoluzione cyclesports are enthusiasts just like you - that’s why our products are designed and real world tested long before you ever see them. and like you, we feel customer satisfaction is of highest priority. if you purchase a product and within the first 30 days you are not happy with it (for whatever reason), all we ask is that you contact us first so we may try and resolve the situation. if we can’t take care of it, we will issue you a r.a.n. (return authorization number). if the product was defective when received, we will replace it at no charge. if it was just not what you wanted when you received it, return it in “as new” condition and we will refund your purchase price (must include all pieces/parts including packaging). bottom line: we want to treat you the way we would expect to be treated!


warranty:

unless otherwise noted, all evoluzione cyclesports brand products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase (warranties for other brand products vary - please contact us for details). note: this warranty applies to original purchaser only. if something does fail, please return the item (along with a copy of the original invoice) to the dealer from which it was purchased. your dealer will then contact us and arrange to have the item repaired or replaced.
